We are currently looking to hire banking compliance specialists for a long term project. You need to be a subject matter expert in the field of banking regulations compliance in mortgage, EFTA, ECOA, FCRA, FDCPA, HMDA, MLA, Privacy of consumer financial information, GLBA, RESPA, Truth in lending act, Truth in Savings Act, Unfair, Deceptive or Abusive Acts of Practices and is very comfortable in an audit setting. You will be auditing the internal controls, effectiveness and assess compliance of regulatory requirements
Requirements:
Prior experience in compliance testing
Related experience in financial services industry - auto, insurance, mortgage, commercial lending,
100% Travel

Salary: $45.00 to $50.00 /hour
